New Siam II is situated in Banglamphu, the backpacker area in Bangkok. A nice hotel with good rooms and a small swimming pool, placed in a small and quite street.I really liked to sit outside relaxing by the swimming pool, and I loved to find a quiet place to sleep in a general noicy town. Another good thing with the location of the hotel: it was very close to Sor Vorapin Thaiboxing gym where we trained for a few days. This hotel is probably abit too expensive if you´re staying for a while – but for a few days it was ok.
In the streets behind the hotel there were alot of street food and some nice restaurants – and there is also plenty of other small (and cheaper) hotels in this area.
