Travel Photo – Meditation point at Wat Tham Yai Prik

Just the sight of this photo gives me some inner piece. It reminds me of the short tour at the Buddhist Meditation Center Wat Tham Yai Prik in Ko Si Chang in Thailand. This photo shows the view from the meditation point at the top of the hill. An amazing and friendly nun showed me around, and I was amazed how much happiness that were glowing from a woman who used all her days and energy to focus on meditation and the currently ongoing activity. “When you sweep the floor, focus on being THERE when you sweep the floor”. I think we all have something to learn from her in our busy lives! Mindfulness is the key word.

What is the most peaceful place you´ve ever visited?
